To complete a return, we require proof of purchase and reason for return. Our customer service team will get back to you within 1-2 business days. For free returns, a prepaid label will be issued and sent via email to the customer. The prepaid label must be used for the free return. Once the item is received back in unused condition, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
