Shipping & Return Policy

Mockins provides free standard shipping for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Canada.* All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day from when the order is placed. For deliveries within the USA, Mockins ships out of Pennsylvania. Deliveries within Canada are shipped from Canada. 

Mockins has a 30 day return policy from when an item is received. Please reach out to Mockins Customer Support to initiate the return, support@mockins.com. To complete a return, we require proof of purchase and reason for return. Our customer service team will get back to you within 1-2 business days. For free returns, a prepaid label will be issued and sent via email to the customer. The prepaid label must be used for the free return. Once the item is received back in unused condition, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

*Excludes the Canadian Territories such as Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

**For all orders shipped outside the United States, taxes and duties are not included. You may be subject to taxes and duties closer to your delivery.
