Pretty good carrier for the money. The bolts for the main bracket should have been a little wider though, sloppy in the holes. I ended up using my own bolts because they seemed the wrong size and cheap.

Ordered this to have it here just in time for a trip-¦ missing pieces and bolts and hardware just tossed in and scattered about. Seems well built, but with missing pieces, it is impossible to safely put together. Hope this can be remedied quickly!
The hardware is garbage I replaced all the nuts, bolts and washers with zinc plated grade 8. The threads distort on the hardware you get in the box. I was also missing the white reflectors and the loops for the tie down straps.
Carried my Husky bike without problems. Used 3 of the 6 straps it came with.
I spent an extra 50$ on this carrier and I got a package that was unopened, packaged correctly and this one is one solid peice of steel. Have not put my ebike on it yet cause of weather. Will follow up when the roads are dry.
Been looking like seemingly FOREVER for the right hitch transporter for my ElliptiGO bike. This one made by Mockins seems to be the perfect setup. Only issue I had with assembling it is that the 8 shorter bolts that hold the two fixators on need larger washers. The ones they supply are too small. No big deal though, hardware stores are everywhere.This Mockins motorcycle carrier is well constructed. Welds look good. Won't even be an issue carrying my ElliptiGO with me now, a future electric bike which is heavier will also be a non issue. I wouldn't/couldn't want to sit my 840 pound Honda F6B on it though... ha ha.
I got this for my 65+ lb e-bike so my old, fat, female butt doesn't have to pick up it up and put it in the back of my truck. It works great! It's plenty sturdy and appears well built.The only problem I had was when I opened the box, the hardware was everywhere. The package that it came in had been opened. I was able to find all the hardware except 4 bolts/nuts and washers, which wouldn't have been a huge issue except that the hardware store was closed and I was scheduled to leave early the next morning. I was able to scratch together a few bolts to finish putting it together and head out on my trip the next morning. As soon as I was able, I stopped and bought the correct hardware and replaced what I had used. ($10 worth of hardware)Aside from the hardware inconvenience, which in reading reviews, I was not the only one this has happened to, the carrier seems to be great!
Had to straighten some tabs up with the rubber hammer the hitch pinhole was going in the wrong direction, had to re-drill it once it's together it seems sturdy I didn't use it yet. You get what you pay for. I believe it will be very Functional

Product came with all needed hardware but instructions were extremely limited. It was pretty self explanatory but still.Also installed the hitch the same day no problems so far! Looking forward to hauling my bike!
Instructions were a little hard to understand and I don't like that the ramp bolts to the stand with a bolt that is about 5 inches too long. I just put It in the back of my car. The straps are also EXTREMELY long.Otherwise, the ramp is perfect. Very easy to put on and off and not too heavy.
This bike carrier has a nice frame, but the hardware included to assemble it is garbage. The bolt heads for the triangle shaped supports were too small, and wouldn't cover the bolt holes. In addition, the "lock washers" are junk as well. Ne prepared to spend about $15 additional dollars in order to get it assembled so you trust it to hold your bike. (Washers and nylock nuts).
I thought that if I didn't buy the cheapest one then I could avoid some problems so I spent $30 more on this one. It was about 150. I assembled the carrier at my son's house to bring my XT250 home. First thing I noticed is that the enclosed hardware was flimsy. The washers all bent during assembly. I made it home and all was well. I spent $3 on new hardware and I feel better about this item. One of the welds doesn't look great but I think that it is good enough.
My eBike is heavy. I cannot lift it to the bed of my truck. I am not skilled or tall enough to ramp it up to the bed so I had to choose a rack with a ramp.This rack was designed for a motorcycle not for a short wheelbase like on my bike. The only way to keep the bike centered was to have one of the tires sit on top of a crossbar. To seat them between the bars one of the tires would stick out beyond the width of my truck. I didn't like that at all.So now I strap it down real tight and say a little prayer. And it actually has done quite well. Maybe some day I will get it modified to fit my bike perfectly.
Bought this to use for my electric bike. It does a great job and seems very sturdy. I did buy my own reflective tape to put on it as I wanted to cover both ends with it. So far so good.
Easy to assemble. Only one reason for 4 stars was the holes were drilled for m10 bolts but the kit sent m8 bolts that fit loose. Went to Ace Hardware and got 8 m10 hardened bolts with nylon locknuts and everything went together fine. Hauled dirt bike this weekend and it worked great.
Good quality metal. Not packaged very well but other than that works really well. Mine did not come with red reflective stickers so I installed some signal lights attached to my hitch wiring just for added visibility.
Most of these carriers are listed as 3-5 inches longer which is way too much sticking out on both sides of my car.It was easy to assemble, there really isn't a way to mistake what goes where and it's just 14 bolts and nuts so you can trial fit the parts before torquing down everything.The box took a beating during shipping and the screws/bolts had fallen out, the shop quickly sent me a new set, super nice.I added reflective decals to the outside ends because as I alluded to it's out to the edges of my car.
What is this plate for? I don't have any screws to attach it to the ramp...
