Mockins provides free standard shipping and free returns for orders shipped within the mainland United States besides for Hawaii and Alaska. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day from when the order is placed.
Mockins has a 30 day return policy from when the item is received. Please reach out to Mockins Customer Support to initiate the return, support@mockins.com. To complete a return we require proof of purchase and reason for return. Our customer service team will get back to you within 2 business days. For free returns, a prepaid label will be issued and sent via email to the customer. The prepaid label must be used for the free return. Once the item is received back in unused condition, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
