Mockins provides free standard shipping and free returns for orders shipped within the mainland United States besides for Hawaii and Alaska. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day from when the order is placed.
Mockins has a 30 day return policy from when the item is received. Please reach out to Mockins Customer Support to initiate the return, support@mockins.com. To complete a return we require proof of purchase and reason for return. Our customer service team will get back to you within 2 business days. For free returns, a prepaid label will be issued and sent via email to the customer. The prepaid label must be used for the free return. Once the item is received back in unused condition, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Yes, our Roof Cargo Carrier fits square crossbars; you may not need to use the included plastic fixators as some crossbars are thinner than others.
Are there compatible locking cores available for this cargo bag?
At this time, our Weatherproof Cargo Bag does not come with compatible locking cores. However, you can explore aftermarket locking mechanisms for added security.
Can the cargo basket only extend from 43 inches from 64 inches, or is it adjustable to other specific lengths like 55 inches?
Unfortunately, not at this time. This model of Weatherproof Rooftop Cargo Rack is only extendable from 43 inches to 64 inches in length, but the 21 inch difference provides flexibility to accommodate a multitude of cargo sizes.
How does the cargo basket extend?
Our Roof Cargo Racks have a removable middle section which allows you to adjust the size of the basket.
